H-E-B is issuing a precautionary recall for ground beef sold on Friday, June 12, 2015 only at the H-E-B store in Port Arthur located at 4800 FM 365 due to the possible presence of foreign material. No reports of incident or illness have been reported.

The precautionary recall is isolated to only this one store and affects the following:

All Ground Chuck VP and Ground Chuck small pack sold on Styrofoam trays with clear plastic wrap, packed on Friday, June 12, 2015 with a time stamp of 6:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
