Elias Cadena, 74, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on Friday, May 29, 2015 at his home.
He was born on March 26, 1941 to Victoria Masquera Cadena and Baltasar Cadena in Monte Alto, Texas. He has been a resident of Port Arthur since 1981. Elias served in the U. S. Army during the Vitenam Conflict. He retired from the U. S. Army Corp of Engineers as a supervisor after 25 years of service. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Port Arthur.
He is survived by his loving wife. Nancy Eileen Tyree Cadena of Port Arthur, his two sisters and one brother.
The family is honoring his wishes of cremation with no service. Arrangements are entrusted to Clayton Thompson Funeral Directors in Groves.
