Janice Gail Turnbull, 73, of Port Neches, Texas died Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at her residence.

   Janice was born October 23, 1940 in Brookeland, Texas to Hamp Ellis Longoria and Rebecca Sue Kelly Longoria.  She was a resident of Port Neches for 50 years and a member of Abundant Life Sanctuary in Groves.

   Janice retired in 1998 from the Texas Department of Human Services where she was a Social Worker.

   Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Reverend David Myers officiating.  Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park.

   Visitation for family and friends will be from 12:00 Noon until time of service on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at the funeral home.

   She is survived by her friend and companion, Clarence Pete Griffis of Buna, Texas; best friend, Gloria Fontnow Primeaux of Spring, Texas; Godchild, Monica LaMoine of Nederland, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
