Lou Hilda Ned- Perkins was born on May 5, 1944 in Ville Platte, Louisiana. She departed this life on Saturday, March 16, 2013.

   Cherishing her memory and mourning her passing are her children, Debbie Ned, Sheila Eugene (Allen), step daughter, Farrina Newton, siblings; Clifton Ned Jr., Loubert Ned , C. Ella Dennis, and Linda Robertson (Houston, Tx), she will also be missed by a devoted friend, Clifton Joseph, caregive; Katie Granger and host of grand/ great grand children, relatives and friends.

   Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. -12:00 noon with funeral services immediately following. Burial will be at Live Oak Memorial Park
