For the next several days, through the weekend, the National Weather Service has predicted no rain for the Golden Triangle.

Wind and sun is in the forecast today. Mostly sunny skies will prevail with south winds between 5 and 20 mph, gusting as high as 25 mph.

Temperatures will reach a high near 83, according to the NWS’s Lake Charles office.

By tonight mostly cloudy skies return, with a low around 72.

Sunny skies are predicted to return on Thursday, with a high near 84 and south wind between 5 and 15 mph. Lows will be around 72 Thursday night.

Sunny skies are expected from Friday through Sunday with temperatures in the mid-80s.
