Much of the crowd that made their way to Boston Avenue Thursday night came prepared for the inclement weather, but it wasn’t enough to keep the carnival from closing for safety purposes. NHF Manager Wanda Hollier would like the public to be aware that Sunday has been designated as ‘wristband day,’ to make up for the one lost due to the weather Thursday.
