An indictment is not a final conviction of guilt, it is only a ruling by the grand jury that allows the district attorney’s office to proceed with a criminal case.

• Jessica Leigh Robinson, 18, of 2315 Neches Ave., Port Arthur, forgery for an incident that occurred on Nov. 6, 2008.

• Ovidio Delacruz, 34, of 3991 13th St., Port Arthur, burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred on Oct. 17, 2008.

• Kaleb Shane Lewing, 18, of 1920 Fifth St., Port Neches, burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred on Sept. 3, 2008.

• Alyisia Sumerall, 35, of 1216 Eighth St., Port Arthur, burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred on Nov. 17, 2008.

• Danielle Chaunte Chratain, 21, of 1210 Carver Terrace, Port Arthur, theft for an incident that occurred on Nov. 16, 2008.
