Harrison said: Sterling has played tremendously hard in every game. They have had the hardest schedule to start 21-5A play. The Channelview game was a great game. They were down 13 points and came back to win, 36-35. Those kids showed a lot of fight and heart to win that game. The off week gave us a chance to heal and forget. The kids are very focused for these last three games in district. They approached the off week with a positive attitude and worked real hard on the small things. Our players came back this week with the same focus. Playing on a Saturday can be tough, especially a day game. You get into a routine of playing on Friday nights and it is different playing a day game. We tried this week bringing in the guys earlier in the day so they will be ready for the 2 p.m. start. It is an adjustment but no matter the time we should be ready to go come Saturday afternoon.
