Allen Schmidt edged out George Elizondo to lead all bowlers this past week. Allen threw games of 220-235 & 263, finishing with a 718 series. George, just 2 pins behind him, shot 243-247-226-716. The last 700 series was tossed by Mark Braun, rolling a 235-221-243-702.

The top lady bowler was my good friend, Connie Mathison. While competing in the Golden Oldies Summer league, Connie had 2 nice games of 212 and 246, finishing with a 621 series.
