40th semi-annual Gigantic Public Garage Sale to be June 4

PORT ARTHUR — The Bob Bowers Port Arthur Civic Center will be hosting the 40th semi-annual Gigantic Public Garage Sale on Saturday, June 4. Over 40 individual and small home based businesses will have booths set up offering clothes, appliances, furniture and much more. The hours of the sale are 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m and admission is only $1.00 with children under 12 free if accompanied by an adult. The Civic Center’s Concession stand will be open for the event.

Attendance is expected to reach approximately 1000 people  according to Adam Saunders, Civic Center Director. For more information call the Civic Center @ 985-8801.
