Seahawk player recognized

PORT ARTHUR — The National Alliance of Two Year College Athletic Administrators announced the winners of the 2011 Scholar-Athlete Award with Kristyn Krugman, Seahawk Softball, receiving Honorable Mention. Kristyn was the only member of the team nominated. Criteria for the award include a minimum 3.6 GPA and selection for All-Conference, All-Region or All-American honors in their respective sport.

After LSC-PA, Kristyn will continue to Concordia University and study Physical Therapist. Her time at LSC-PA has taught her to “Work hard and earn what you deserve.”
