Benefit for leukemia patient to be held March 17

— Friends and family of Tyler Brown will host a benefit from noon to 9 p.m. March 17 at Knights of Columbus Hall, 2165 West Port Arthur Road. There will be barbecue, gumbo, chicken and dumplings, a cake walk and prize give-a-ways. Musical entertainment will be provided by Curtis Breaux and the Cadilliacs. Proceeds will benefit 8-year-old Tyler Brown, who has been diagnosed with Leukemia.
Donations are also being accepted at Gulf Credit Union account No. 66371.
