The Port Neches Police Department responded to the following calls from Aug. 26-Sept. 1: Tuesday, Aug. 26 • A person was arrested for assault in the 1500 block of Johnson. • Burglary of building in the 1900 block of Seventh Street. Wednesday, Aug. 27 • Found property in the 2100 block of Nall. • Criminal mischief in the 800 block of Goodwin. • Theft in the 2700 block of Saba. • Burglary of motor vehicle in the 3100 block of Williamsburg. • Deceased person in the 1100 block of Washington. • A person was arrested for possession of marijuana on Grigsby. • Aggravated robbery in the 400 block of East Port Neches Avenue. • Attempted theft in the 1400 block of Dallas. • Burglary in the 1100 block of Holland. • Burglary of habitation in the 3100 block of Williamsburg. • A person was arrested on a traffic warrant. Thursday, Aug. 28 • Two motor vehicles were burglarized in the 500 block of Roanoak. • Theft in the 2000 block of Armstrong. • A person was arrested on several traffic warrants. Friday, Aug. 29 • A person was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 1400 block of Johnson. • Identity theft in the 700 block of Ridgewood. • Deceased person in the 1700 block of Williams. • Attempted burglary in the 600 block of Victor. • Disorderly conduct in the 1400 block of Merriman. • Fraudulent use of identifying information in the 2700 block of 15th Street. • A person was arrested for public intoxication in the 2300 block of Nall. • A person was arrested for five Port Arthur warrants. Saturday, Aug. 30 • An officer investigated a reported leaving the scene accident in the 2100 block of Nall. • Assault in the 900 block of Montrose. • Theft in the 700 block of Block. • Deceased person in the 1000 block of Van. • Assault in the 2300 block of 6th St. • Criminal mischief in the 700 block of Ridgewood. • Aggravated assault in the 3100 block of Nall. Sunday, Aug. 31 • Criminal mischief in the 900 block of MacArthur. • Assault and criminal mischief in the 1000 block of MacArthur. • Criminal trespass of habitation in the 2100 block of Fifth Street.
