The Port Neches Police Department responded to the following calls from June 24 through June 30: Tuesday, June 24 • Burglary of a building in the 2200 block of Earle. • Found property on FM 366. • A person was arrested in the 2100 block of Nall for possession of a controlled substance. Wednesday, June 25 • Theft in the 3000 block of Eighth Street. • Assault in the 2600 block of Staton. • Two assaults in the 300 block of Twin City Highway. • Theft in the 1300 block of Boyd. • Assault in the 3100 block of Galewood. • A criminal trespass warning was issued to a person in the 2300 block of 12th Street. • Found property in the 1900 block of Nall. • Two people were arrested on several traffic warrants. • Theft in the 800 block of Neches. • Theft in the 3100 block of Merriman. Thursday, June 26 • Assault in the 2000 block of Llano. • Attempted burglary of a habitation in the 1900 block of 10th Street. Friday, June 27 • Theft in the 1400 block of Droddy. • Criminal mischief in the 1100 block of Washington. • A person was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 1400 block of Avenue C. • Two people were arrested on traffic warrants. Saturday, June 28 • Criminal mischief in the 2200 block of First Street. • Harassment in the 2000 block of Llano. • Forgery in the 800 block of Magnolia. • A person was arrested for possession of marijuana and controlled substance on Llano. Sunday, June 29 • Assault in the 900 block of Montrose. • Assault in the 300 block of Pine. Monday, June 30 • Burglary of a habitation in the 3000 block of Eighth Street. • Missing person in the 300 bloc of Twin City Highway. • Two assaults in the 300 block of Avenue D.
