Letter: ACE-IT thanks sponsors

PORT ARTHUR — The ACE-IT Tutorial School would like to thank the following sponsors for helping us put on a very successful First Annual Rookie Run/Walk on March 16. The sponsors are Dr. Mark Harmon of Eye Centers of Southeast Texas, Charles Reed and Associates, Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated, HEB, Walgreens, Market Basket, Port Arthur Fire Department who donated T-shirts for the children, J.B. Henry of State  farm Insurance, Burnett Insurance Agency, Esther Wesleyan Joy Circle and Marcella’s Clip or Curl.

Our thanks also go out to those who made in-kind contributions such as the Port Arthur Independent School District, Jim Snell Master Plumber, the Port Arthur Fire Department, and Top Teens of America. We are also very grateful for individuals who made monetary contributions, for those who participated in the activity, and those who volunteered in any capacity, including our staff.
