PORT ARTHUR —
On May 29, 2014, our angel, Cora Lee Dupar, was called home to receive her wings.
Cora was born to the union of Willie Dupar Jr. and Margaret Gibbs Dupar. She was a member of Lincoln High School class of 1966. Cora accepted Christ at an early age, and fellowshipped at First Christian Faith Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Gilbert Collins, where she was an active and faithful member of the choir
She is preceded in eternal rest by her parent and grandparents; son, Joseph Eugene Dupar Morgan; husband, Joseph Morgan; and godparent Anthony Clark.
Cora leaves to carry on her loving memories her siblings, Delores Dupar- White (Walter Sr.), Linda Marks - Scott (Andrew), Georgia McCurley and Dr. Leroy McCurley (Pamela); her niece Onasha Dyson whom she raised as her own; and godmother Ester Clark; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, June 14, 2014 at First Christian Faith Baptist Church, 1003 Dallas Avenue, Port Arthur, TX. Arrangements under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
