PORT ARTHUR —
Eurie Lee Johnson died Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Christus St. Mary Dubuis Hospital. A native of Bunkie, LA she was a resident of Port Arthur for over 68 years.
She was a self-employed beautician for many years and a member of the Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall. Eurie was known for always having a beautiful smile and kind words to say to everyone she met.
Survivors include a loving and devoted son, William Deadmon III (Bridgette); a daughter Madeline Sparks of Texas City; one sister Barbara Jones and three brothers Ernest, Moses and William Randall all of Cottonport, LA; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday, July 29, 2013 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel with a viewing from 9 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
