Mary M. LeBlanc

PORT ARTHUR —    Mary Madgallen Ceasar LeBlanc, of Port Arthur died Friday, March 28, 2014, at her home surrounded by family.  A native of Eunice, Louisiana, she was a long life resident of Port Arthur, Texas. Mary was a loving, caring person who loved her children, family, and friends unconditionally.  She retired from St. Mary’s Hospital in the housekeeping department.  

   Mary LeBlanc was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. LeBlanc, Sr.; parents Pierre and Edna Ceasar; daughter-in-law Andrea LeBlanc; great granddaughter, Logan Howard; brothers, Rudolph Ceasar Sr., Graffitt Ceasar, Francis Ceasar and Percy Ceasar; sisters; Elvina (Black) Ceasar-Savoy and Grace Ceasar-Fontenot.

   She leaves to cherish her memories:  children; Cliffton (Vera) Ceasar, Joseph LeBlanc, Jr., Robert (Arlene) LeBlanc, Linda LeBlanc Newman, Patricia LeBlanc and Kerrie LeBlanc Bentley all of Port Arthur, and Frank (Strinda) LeBlanc of Fresno, Texas; 19 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren; sister-in-laws, Shirley Ceasar of Beaumont, Della LeBlanc-Gilliam and Shirley Ceasar-Sanders of Port Arthur, Texas;  special friends;  Fletcher Bentley, Glenn Ford, Alice Ceasar; special cousin/caregiver Eva Issac and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

   A visitation and rosary is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, April 5, 2014.

   Following visitation and rosary, funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. at the St. James Parish Catholic Church located at 3617 Gulfway Dr., with Father J.C. Coon officiating.  Burial will follow in the Johnson Memorial Cemetery under the directions of Gabriel Funeral Home.
