PORT ARTHUR —
Mrs. Climie Mary Carmon was born on January 8, 1935 to the parentage of Joseph and Mary Green in Arnaudville, LA. She was called home to be with our Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 24, 2013.
Climie married John Carmon, Sr. and moved to Port Arthur in 1957. To this union three children were born.
Climie was a faithful member of Shilo Baptist Church and retired from Park Place Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her daughter, Deborah Carmon Coleman.
She leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life, two sons, John Carmon, Jr. and Darrell K. Carmon (Pamela); grandchildren, Niki Molina, Miller Shield, Jr. (Celeste), and Darrell K. Carmon, II; great grandchildren, Madison Shield, Maya Shield, Arianna Molina, Xavier Molina, and Anthony Molina; son-in-law, Earnest Coleman; companion, Sullivan Johnson, and a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation is scheduled on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 10 am to 11 am at Shilo Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Live Oak Memorial Park Cemetery.
