Davee Reed Crowell, 63, of Nederland, died Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas, Port Arthur. She was born March 6, 2013, to Mary Francis and David Reed and had been a lifelong resident of the Mid-County area. Davee was an active member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Nederland. She enjoyed being involved with her grandchildren, following Nederland Bulldog sports, antiquing and loved going to the beach.
Davee is survived by her sons, William Aaron Crowell and his wife, Lauren, of Baytown and Jason Paul Crowell and his wife, Demi, of Port Neches; grandchildren, Shelby Crowell and Anthi Crowell; sister, Susan Garcia of Port Arthur; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and her “boys”, Craig and Morgan.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Will Crowell.
A gathering of Mrs. Crowell’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, November 30, 2013, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 1, 2013, at Wesley United Methodist Church, 3515 Helena Avenue, Nederland, with interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.
