NEDERLAND — Nederland Police responded to the following calls from Feb. 3 through Feb. 9                                                



Monday, Feb. 3

 • Credit card or debit card abuse was reported in the 3600 block of Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem, PA.

• Criminal mischief was reported in the 2300 block of Avenue H.

• Credit card or debit card abuse was reported in the 4300 block of Lawrenceville Highway, Tucker, GA.

• Credit card or debit card abuse was reported in the 3900 block of Lavista Road, Tucker, GA.

• Theft was reported in the 2800 block of FM 365.



Tuesday, Feb. 4

• Assault-family violence was reported in the 2700 block of W Chicago.  

• A stored/abandoned vehicle was reported in the 200 block of North 27th Street.

• Credit card or debit card abuse was reported in the 8600 block of Holmes Road.

• Possession or promotion of child pornography was reported in the 2400 block of Avenue D.

• A person was taken into custody on a mental commitment in the 1200 block of South 12th Street.



Wednesday, Feb. 5

• Criminal mischief was reported in the 1000 block of Avenue E.

• Criminal trespass of motor vehicle was reported in the 2000 block of Avenue F.

• Recovered stolen property was reported in the 3000 block of Seattle.



Thursday, Feb. 6

• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 3400 block of Avenue L.

• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 1300 block of South 36th Street.

• Criminal trespass of a motor vehicle was reported in the 1300 block of South 36th Street.

• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 3100 block of Avenue G.

• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 100 block of  Hill Terrace.

• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 1800 block of Squire Lane.

• Abandoned/endanger child criminal negligence was reported in the 1900 block of Peterson Street.

• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 1300 block of South 36th Street.

• Theft was reported in the 3600 block of FM 365.

• Theft was reported in the 157 block of Hilldale.



Friday, Feb. 7

• Two dogs at large was reported in the 600 block of South Ninth Street.

• Two vicious/dangerous dogs was reported in the 600 block of South Sixth Street.

• Burglary of a habitation was reported in the 1300 block of North Twin City Highway.

• A person was taken into custody for possession of marijuana in the 1200 block of Helena Avenue.



Saturday, Feb. 8

• An assault was reported in the 1500 block of South Seventh.

• An information report was made in the 2700 block of Nederland Avenue.

• A runaway was reported in the 2800 block of West Chicago. The runaway was later recovered.

• Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was reported in the 300 block of Nederland Avenue.  

• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 2800 block of Erwin.

• A stored/abandoned vehicle was reported in the 1500 block of Elgin.

• Telephone harassment was reported in the 3100 block of FM 365.

• A robbery was reported in the 1500 block of South 27th Street.

• Forgery financial instrument was reported in the 1100 block of Nederland Avenue.

• A person was arrested for Nederland warrants in the 2200 block of Avenue E

• A person was taken into custody on another agency’s warrant in the 2200 block of Avenue E.  

• A person was taken into custody on another agency’s warrant in the 8500 block of Memorial Highway.

• A person was taken into custody on another agency’s warrant in the 1800 block of  Nederland Avenue.



Sunday, Jan. 9

• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 2800 block of Erwin.

• A stored/abandoned vehicle was reported in the 1500 block of Elgin.

• Telephone harassment was reported in the 3100 block of FM 365.

• A robbery was reported in the 1500 block of South 27th Street.

• Evading arrest/detention using vehicle was reported in the 1800 block of Nederland Avenue.

• A person was taken into custody on another agency’s the 2500 block of North U.S. 69.

• A person was taken into custody on another agency’s the 2200 block of Canal Avenue.
