Nederland Police calls, Nov. 25 through Dec. 1

NEDERLAND — Nederland Police responded to the following calls from Nov. 25 through Dec. 1                                                   

Monday, Nov. 25

• A person was taken into custody for public intoxication with three prior convictions in the 1900 block of Avenue H.

• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 7000 block of Beauxart Garden Road.

• Burglary of a building was reported in the 200 block of 17th Street.

• Credit card or debit card abuse was reported in the 8000 block of Hollywood Trail.

• Assault-family violence was reported in the 1900 block of Avenue H.

Tuesday, Nov. 26

• A person was taken into custody on a mental commitment in the 400 block of Avenue.

• A person was taken into custody on another agency’s warrant in the 400 block of Avenue E.  

• An information report was made in the 1500 block of South 27th Street.

• Credit card or debit card abuse was reported in the 500 block of U.S. 69.

• Stolen property was recovered in the 100 block of North Texas 347.

• Burglary of a habitation was reported in the 300 block of South 1 1/2 Street.

• An information report was made in the 1000 block of Avenue E.  

Wednesday, Nov. 27

• An information report was made in the 3700 block of FM 365.

• Assault-family violence was reported in the 1100 block of Nederland Avenue.  

• Leaving the scene of an accident was reported in the 1200 block of South 27th Street.

• Dog at large was reported in the 100 block of Hilldale.

• Theft was reported in the 1200 block of Boston Avenue.

• A person was taken into custody on another agency’s warrant in the 1100 block of Nederland Avenue.

Thursday, Nov. 28

• Death by natural causes was reported in the 2900 block of Lawrence.

Friday, Nov. 29

• Theft was reported in the 1900 block of Avenue H.

Saturday, Nov. 30

• Burglary of a habitation was reported in the 900 block of South 29th Street.

• Theft was reported in the 1100 block of Boston Avenue.

Sunday, Dec. 1

• No reports.
