Nederland Heritage Festival Treasure Hunt clues

NEDERLAND — NEDERLAND — Day 3 of Nederland Heritage Festival’s Treasure Hunt brings more clues tied to the city’s past.

The NHF hunt features a  $300 prize co-sponsored by Melancon’s Funeral Home and the festival. A knowledge of Nederland history could help hunters. The treasure is on public property and no digging, climbing or destruction is needed to find the certificate. Clues are set to run this week, or until the treasure is found. For festival information, visit www.nederlandhf.org or call the festival office at 724-2269.
