“It’s almost like you can hold the love right now, because there’s so much of it,” Kree Harrison said during a parade in her native Woodville that aired on Wednesday’s episode of “American Idol.”
The support of Southeast Texas, combined with her performance of P!nk’s “Perfect,” Rascal Flatts’ “Here Comes Goodbye” and “Better Dig Two” by the Band Perry, catapulted Harrison to the Top 2 of “American Idol.” Harrison will face off against Candice Glover next win for the ultimate prize – a $1 million record deal.
“American Idol” airs Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7 p.m. on FOX. Viewers can vote during the performance show by toll-free call, text message, online with Facebook and via the “American Idol” app.
