That witness called 911 and followed the suspect vehicle keeping officers updated on the location. The information matched the information from the first caller that a chain saw was being stolen in  the burglary, according to a press release from PAPD.

Officers arrived at the pawn shop and detained a 30-year-old man and a 61-year-old man, both from Port Arthur.

A follow-up investigation by officers at the home on 64th Street showed that a storage shed had been entered and the chain saw taken while the home owners were out of town.

The to suspects were taken into custody for burglary of a building and brought to the Jefferson County Correctional Facility.
