He chatted with nearly everyone at every table before and after receiving the top honor. His wife, Melba, dabbed at her eyes with her dinner napkins as he accepted Friday at Procter Baptist Church. Hunt, known his work with Boy Scouts of America and being a loving, helpful person in general, said he was honored to be in the company of other nominees, who are all active in the community. He urged everyone to pick a group that does good and be active with it.
