Police responding to a call on shots fired near midnight on Monday, Nov. 2, at Prince Hall Apartments determined that a 25-year-old male was being transported by private vehichle to Christus St. Mary Hospital with a shot to the abdomen. The victim was last listed in stable condition and police interviewed several witnesses. The Port Arthur Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division is investigating. No arrests have been made. The call came “on or about” 11:49 p.m. Monday from 900 West 14th Street, Prince Hall Apartments. Anyone with information should call EasTex Crime Stoppers at 724-TIPS.
