Published September 24, 2008 04:10 pm - DRC established in Port Neches The Port Arthur News A FEMA - Disaster Recovery Center is currently set up for Nederland, Port Neches, and Groves residents at 1006 Port Neches Ave. at the Wright Building.
The hours for the DRC is 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Public parking is available in the rear of the old bank building directly across the street from the Wright building. Access to parking can be gained from Nall Street (Hwy 365). Officials urge citizens to take caution while in downtown Port Neches due to construction in progress at the Wright Building and in the area from Hurricane Ike.
