From left, Chasity Smith, 12, and Lacee Burr, 8, of Girl Scout Troop #3168 - Port Neches and Grace Singleton of Troop #3180 - Nederland gleefully hand out samples of the Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookie Blizzard as patrons entered the Nederland store late Wednesday afternoon. The Girl Scouts and Dairy Queen teamed up to celebrate Girl Scout Appreciation Week July 7-13. The event was so successful, it has been extended until the end of the month.
