Groves applause The Port Arthur News GROVES — The District 4 DECA Career Development Conference was held at The Woodlands Saturday at College Park High School. Over 250 students competed in a variety of events. Winners in these events earned the opportunity to compete in Corpus Christi March 8-11 at the State DECA Conference.
The following Port Neches-Groves High School students will were winners in their respective events: Josh Lara-Apparel and Accessories Marketing Ahsan Tariq and Shayan Kerai in Financial Analysis Team Decision Making Kari Easley and Allison Scaccia in Hospitality Services Team Decision Making Kelly Wade in Quick Serve Restaurant Marketing Stephen Howard in Food Marketing Management Level Marketing Morgan Prewitt in Entrepreneurship Participating Event Brad LeMaire and Leah Duplantis in Sports and Entertainment Marketing Team Decision Making Doug Reeves and Ritesh Patel in Travel and Tourism Marketing Team Decision Making Earning a 2nd Alternate was Chasity Estes in Apparel and Accessories Marketing
