• The windshield of a 1990 Geo Prism was damaged while in the 300 block of W. 15th Street.
• During a traffic stop in the 2200 block of FM 365, two occupants of a vehicle were found to be in possession of marijuana. They were transferred to the Jefferson County Correctional Facility.
• Taylor Metal Works, 215 W. FM 365, was burglarized. The suspects cut through a fence but it was not known if anything was missing.
• Assorted painting supplies and three 1-gallon containers of water based Kilz were reported stolen from the 3100 block of 18th Street.
• A CD/radio, valued at $400, was stolen from a 2000 Chevrolet S-10 truck while parked at Normandy Apartments, 3700 Normandy.
• A CD player was stolen from a 1991 Chevrolet C-1500 truck while parked in the 3600 block of Drexel.
• A man was charged with shoplifting at Target and transported to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office after attempting to steal various electronic equipment and games totaling $602.73.
• A 1992 Honda Accord was burglarized while parked in the 3600 block of Drexel Avenue. The window of the car was broken and the glove box appeared to have been riffled though although no items appeared missing.
Wednesday, Jan. 17
• A woman reported that a man approached a rear window of her home in the 7900 block of Golfhill Drive and exposed himself before fleeing the area.
Tuesday, Jan. 16
• Several items were reported missing from a home in the 1300 block of Eighth Street.
Monday, Jan. 15
• Arthur’s Pub, 3801 Texas 73, was burglarized and a safe containing $1,000 was taken along with 25 to 30 cartons of cigarettes and three bottles of liquor.
• A blue and white child’s bank, labeled “baby’s college fund,” was taken during a burglary at Pebble Creek Apartments, 4261 Jimmy Johnson Blvd.
