GROVES — Chris Cole says he can get hungry gazing at all the popular color choices at the new Sherwin-WIlliams Paint Store in Groves.
Cut the Mustard, Biscuit, Bagle, Chocolate and Latte are part of the food-inspired color choices popular this season, Cole, assistant manager, said.
The Groves Chamber of Commerce & Tourist Center hosted a ribbon cutting for the store on July 18, and a grand opening July 19. Cole said the business, at 4420 Twin City Highway in Groves, has been open about a month. George Tait is the store manager.
Cole said employees are “very glad” to be open in Groves.
“We’ve had lots of good business,” he said.
Half the customers are already working on projects, like staining decks for the summer. Others are hoping the new store will inspire new home upgrades, he said.
“People come in to see how nice the store is,” he said.
