Nederland Police Chief Darrell Bush visits with outgoing Nederland City Manager Andre Wimer during Wimer’s Going Away Party, held in the Nederland city council chambers Wednesday afternoon. Wimer is leaving his Nederland post and heading down the street to take over the same position for the City of Port Neches.
