Mr. Allan Sandy of Port Arthur died on Saturday, July 23^rd. He was a native of Trinidad & Tobago, lived in Maryland and moved to Port Arthur 2 years ago. He was the first son of Mr. Arthur Sandy (JAWS BBQ) Deceased. Allan was employed by Howard University as a Computer Systems & Technology Manager for Medical exams unit. He was also an engineer and was very involved in designing a Green Energy project in his company IBIS.LLC

His memory shall be forever cherished by his sons Micheal Sandy and Stephen Sandy of Maryland, Marcia Coombs (wife) of Vancouver Canada; Brother Kenwyn Sandy and family of Spring, TX. Sister Carleen Sandy and family of Tobago; brother Trevor Sandy and family of Toulouse France; sister Gizelle Sandy and family of Raleigh NC, brother Jose Sandy of Dominica; Sisters; Savatri, Indra, Mala, & Vedo and Brothers; Annand, Rama and Rabin of Port Arthur, TX step mother Punarbassi (Nani) Sandy of Port Arthur Texas and a host of nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

The viewing is scheduled from 12 Noon until 2 PM and the memorial service at 2 PM on Saturday August 6^th 2016 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rogers Jones Officiating.
